Policies & terms.

Clear terms for digital culinary products, restaurant gift cards, reservations, refunds and customer data.

Digital delivery

Digital culinary collections are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. No physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

  • A valid purchaser email is required.
  • Product contents are described before purchase.
  • Delivery access may be reissued after order verification.

Digital delivery & final sale

After confirmed payment, digital recipe products are fulfilled to the purchaser email with an access code and the purchased digital content. Once that electronic delivery has been sent, the order is considered fulfilled and final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

  • Use a valid email address at checkout.
  • Duplicate or unauthorized charges can still be reviewed.
  • Missing or materially incorrect delivery will be corrected or reissued after order verification.
  • Mandatory consumer and payment-network rights remain unaffected.

Restaurant gift cards

After confirmed payment, the purchaser receives a unique digital gift-card code and redemption details by email. Once the code has been electronically delivered, the purchase is considered fulfilled and final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Gift cards may be applied to eligible MEDINAH restaurant goods and services according to the terms issued with the card.
  • A gift card does not create a reservation; availability is handled separately.
  • Any expiry or partial-use rules are disclosed before purchase.
  • Mandatory consumer and payment-network rights remain unaffected.

Reservations

Online reservation submissions are requests until confirmed by the restaurant. Large groups or private events may require separate terms.

  • Guests should disclose important dietary restrictions in advance.
  • Late-arrival and cancellation rules are provided with booking confirmation.
  • Gift-card ownership does not override restaurant capacity.

Privacy

Customer information is used only for legitimate business purposes such as processing orders, customer support, bookings, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

  • Payment-card data is handled by the approved payment provider.
  • Only necessary customer data should be retained.
  • Marketing messages follow applicable consent rules.

Support & disputes

Order references and purchaser details may be requested when resolving delivery, gift-card, reservation or billing questions.

  • Payment issues are reviewed against provider records.
  • Customer requests are handled according to product type and applicable law.
  • Restaurant-service issues are reviewed separately from digital-delivery issues.
